Acceptance Criteria:

• Applicants must be between the ages of 18-84 years of age

• must have graduated from high school with intellectual disabilities.

• Applicants must be ambulatory, able to attend to their own physical needs and demonstrate good behavior while at the center and in the community.

• All clients must purchase a food-handler’s license prior to working in our commercial kitchen.

• Camp Cummins requires a pre-admission interview with the applicant prior to enrollment in the program.

• Camp Cummins activities accepts, HCS. TxHML, and Private Pay.

• Clients must obtain a TX Food Handler's Permit from Texas HHS prior to acceptance at CCAC.  Texas HHS has a list of accredited sources for your permit.  The cost of the permit is usually $7. Find a permit program.
